If you are using an older version of Outlook 2003 then this problem won't occur.
Thought, if you still get this error you should do the following:

• Open Microsoft Outlook.
• Click on Tools > Options.
• Open the tab "Security" and uncheck the option "Save or open attachment which probably got a virus inside".
• Click "OK" and try again.
